Meet Gordon Groves

Based in Tucson, Arizona, Gordon has built custom guitars and restored both rare and popular vintage instruments for customers across the United States for the past twenty-eight years. His career began in 1990 after graduating first in his class from the renowned Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery, where he's invited regularly as a guest lecturer.

Gordon is the founder of the Southern Arizona Luthiers Guild, established to help talented professionals in this trade to connect and learn. The guild also periodically showcases the instruments and products of its members to the public with the help of local business partners.
